WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT
No obligation at any point before the written proposal.
Within one working day
A recruiter reads your requirement and comes back with the permit route for your country, a realistic lead time and any licences or certificates the roles will need.
Scoping call
We confirm headcount, shift pattern, pay, accommodation and start date, and flag anything in the permit route that could move the timeline.
Written proposal
You receive the timeline, the process and the costs in writing before anything is committed.
Sourcing and trade testing
Candidates are screened, trade-tested in their position and document-checked before you interview. Permits, visas, flights and onboarding follow.
EMPLOYER FAQ
The questions we are asked before a first order.
- It depends on the country's permit route, not on sourcing. Lithuania is typically 8–14 weeks, Latvia 8–12, Poland 10–16, Germany and Malta 12–20, and the Netherlands 6–10 when workers are posted from Lithuania. Each country guide sets out where the time goes.
- We handle sourcing, screening, trade testing, document verification, the permit and visa filings, flights and arrival onboarding. You provide the vacancy details, the employment terms and whatever the authority requires from an employer in your country — and you make the hiring decision.
- Detailed guides exist for Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and Malta. We place across the EU beyond those; tell us the country and we will advise the route.
- No. ManBe recruits for direct employment: the worker signs an employment contract with your company and goes on your payroll, on a permanent or fixed-term contract, and we handle the sourcing, trade testing, permit and visa paperwork and arrival. We do not employ workers ourselves and hire them out to clients. If your need is genuinely short-term, we will tell you so rather than sell you the wrong route.
- The role, the headcount, the start date, the pay and shift pattern, and whether accommodation is provided. That is enough for a first reply. Company documents come later, when the permit file is prepared.
- No. The reply is an assessment of the route and the timeline. Nothing is committed until you accept a written proposal.
