ManBe Group recruits for employers in Lithuania. To be put forward for the roles open right now you must already be able to work there: either a citizen of an EU or EEA country, or the holder of a valid Lithuanian work or residence permit. Your nationality does not matter — the permit does. We are not filing new work visas for these vacancies, so if you do not yet hold the right to work in the EU we will not be able to place you. Registering takes a few minutes and costs nothing, and nobody at ManBe will ever ask you to pay for a job, a permit or a place on a list.

Apply in minutes for roles with our employer partners in Lithuania. These vacancies are for people who can already work in Lithuania — an EU/EEA passport, or a valid Lithuanian work or residence permit.
Who these roles are for
- Citizens of any EU or EEA country
- Holders of a valid Lithuanian work or residence permit
- Holders of a work or residence permit for another EU country who are able to move to Lithuania
If you are outside the EU and do not hold an EU permit, we cannot place you in the vacancies currently listed, and we are not able to apply for a work visa for them. You are welcome to register so your details are on file, but please do not expect a call.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY
We receive a large number of applications, so keep your documents ready.
Your profile goes on file
You receive a confirmation email. Your trade, experience and documents are recorded against the roles we recruit for.
We check your right to work
Your EU passport, residence card or Lithuanian work permit is the first thing we verify. Without it we cannot put you forward, and we would rather tell you that straight away than leave you waiting.
A recruiter contacts you
If your experience matches a current or upcoming role, we call or email you on the details you gave. We cannot reply individually to every application, but your profile stays on file.
Interview, trial shift and contract
Depending on the role that means an interview, a practical check or a paid trial shift with the employer. Your contract is signed directly with the employer, and we stay with you through the first weeks.
CANDIDATE FAQ
What people ask us most often before applying.
- Not for the vacancies currently listed. Every role on our jobs board at the moment is with an employer in Lithuania who needs someone able to start work there, which means an EU or EEA passport or a valid Lithuanian work or residence permit already in hand. We are not filing new work visas for these roles. If that changes, the listing itself will say so — each vacancy states plainly who may apply.
- A passport from any EU or EEA country, or a valid Lithuanian residence permit that allows employment — a temporary residence permit with work rights, an EU Blue Card, or a permit issued to a family member of an EU citizen. A tourist or Schengen visa does not count. If you hold a permit for a different EU country, tell us which one and we will check what it allows.
- Your passport or ID card, your permit or residence card if you have one, your trade certificates or driving licence, and proof of your work experience — employment letters, contracts or reference letters. These are the first things a recruiter asks to see, and having them ready shortens the process.
- Anyone asking you for payment in ManBe Group's name to secure a job, a permit, a visa or a place on a waiting list is not acting for us. If that happens, contact us directly on the details on our contact page. We will only ever contact you from a manbegroup.com email address or from a number our team gives you.
- For most blue-collar roles, no. Basic English helps on site and in the paperwork, and some roles — hospitality and customer-facing work in particular — do expect it. A few of the resort roles ask for Lithuanian or Russian, and the listing says so where that applies.
- It depends on the employer. Some of the roles we place include accommodation, a contribution towards it, or transport to the site — each job listing states what that role offers.
- Your profile stays on file and we come back to people when a suitable role opens. If your situation changes — a new certificate, a new licence, a permit granted, different availability — apply again with the updated details.
