Germany
Residence permit for employment under the Skilled Immigration Act. Typical lead time 12–20 weeks.
Netherlands
Combined residence and work permit (GVVA) with a strict UWV labour-market test — rarely granted for blue-collar roles. Typical lead time 6–10 (posting) / 16+ (GVVA) weeks.
Malta
Single permit (residence + work) issued by Identità after a Jobsplus labour-market test. Typical lead time 12–20 weeks.
