Permit, visa and travel
Once an employer selects you, the permit and visa are filed, and flights and arrival arrangements follow. Timelines depend on the country — usually two to five months.

- Your passport, your trade certificates or driving licence, and proof of your work experience — employment letters, contracts or reference letters. These are the first things a recruiter asks to see, and having them ready shortens the process.

- For most blue-collar roles, no. Basic English helps on site and in the paperwork, and some roles — hospitality and customer-facing work in particular — do expect it.
- From selection to arrival is usually two to five months, depending on the country's permit route. The waiting time is in the permit and visa stages, not in the recruitment.
- It depends on the employer. Many of the roles we place include accommodation or a contribution towards it — each job listing states what that role offers.
- Your profile stays on file and we come back to people when a suitable role opens. If your situation changes — a new certificate, a new licence, different availability — apply again with the updated details.
