- No. Basic English is enough for dispatch and border control on international routes; we assess it at interview.
- Not for professional work. The licence must be exchanged for an EU licence (or a new one obtained) and the driver needs a Driver CPC / Code 95 qualification. Lithuania and Poland run established exchange routes for licences from several Asian countries; Germany requires a German licence and CPC within a fixed qualification window. We plan this before the candidate travels.
- Typically 2–4 months from order form to first shift: 2–6 weeks for sourcing and assessment, then the destination country's permit timeline, then 1–3 weeks of onboarding, licence exchange and CPC on arrival.
- No. The Employment Service decision was abolished in 2025 and replaced by an annual quota on newly issued permits for non-highly-qualified workers.
- New permits can still be issued for jobs paying at least 1.2 times the national average gross wage — or 1 times the average for occupations on the high-value-added list. Renewals and changes of employer are not affected.
